In January 2018 Sofia G, 12 y.o., was admitted to Nodus with the diagnosis: a subacute period of intracranial hemorrhage.
At hospitalization to the clinic for in-patient treatment & rehabilitation, the patient suffered from the following:
Consciousness disorder
Motor aphasia
Impairment of pelvic organs function
Total marginal necrosis in the area of postoperative wound
Low recovery potential
Ophthalmoplegia of the left eye
Facial nerve paresis
Right hemiparesis to complete immobilization (plegia) of the upper limb
The patient received an in-patient specialized neurorehabilitation course according to the created individual rehabilitation program (IRP), that included the following sessions:

Therapeutic rhythmic transcranial and transvertible magnetic stimulation
Electric stimulation of the mediastinal nerves with Neurosoft (trunk, cortex) session

Sofia successfully completed the individual in-patient rehabilitation with the following positive results:
the level of consciousness improved from VII level (dysmnestyc syndrome) to VIII level (clear consciousness, with manifested cognitive and emotional & will disorders) as per Dobrokhotova Scale
speech restored, motor aphasia eliminated
Considerable decrease in the right hemiparesis ( from 0-1 point to 3points – the upper right limb, from 4 points to 4.5points – the lower right limb)
the walking restored, the right walking gait is developed
coordination of movements restored
marginal necrosis in the area of postoperative wound treated
Despite a shortened intensive in-patient treatment & tailored rehabilitation, the patient achieved significant positive results , and on the parents’ decision, the girl was discharge from Nodus for further rehabilitation as per IRP at the place of residence.
